first meeting

  • Review all vendor contracts provided by the client and produce a comprehensive event schedule for the venue, the vendors and the wedding party of their wedding day


second meeting

  • Final detail meeting with the client where the timeline will be fine tuned

  • Meet at the venue for a walk through with the event manager and any necessary vendors


the day of your wedding

  • Member of Wildflower Team as lead coordinator for day of

  • Planning meeting with bride and groom month prior to wedding

  • Create wedding timeline for all vendors

  • Confirm itinerary with all vendors + venue

  • Ensure contractual agreements are met

  • Confirm details with Bridal Party + Parents

  • Onsite coordination of entire wedding day

  • Oversee vendor set up of ceremony and reception

  • Ensure vendors are on time, set up, and fed

  • Final touch ups on décor and table settings

  • Organize and direct the ceremony processional

  • Assist with guest transition from Ceremony to Cocktail to Reception Site

  • Be the main contact for vendors and guests with issues or questions

  • Dim lights, check rest rooms and coordinate flow with catering manager & DJ/Band

  • Communicate the schedule of events throughout the day

  • Deliver checks/final payments to vendors
