first meeting

  • In depth meeting to review all vendor information, contracts and final payments

  • Produce a comprehensive event schedule for the venue, vendors and wedding party

  • Assist with any venue layout or decor placement decisions

  • Meet at the venue for a walkthrough with the event manager and any other necessary personnel (if within 50 miles)

second meeting

  • Final detail meeting with the client to finalize the timeline and details

the day of your wedding

  • A member of the Wildflower team will be on site as lead coordinator for the day of

  • 8 hours of coordination day of

  • Coordinate and oversee setup of ceremony and reception areas

  • Ensuring bridal party is on schedule

  • Wildflower will be the main contact for all vendors

  • Inspect and confirm venue layout and set up is complete and accurate

  • Final touch ups on decor and table settings

  • Ensure vendors are on time, set up and fed

  • Direct ceremony processional

  • Assist with guest transition from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception site

  • Dim lights, check restrooms and coordinate flow with catering manager and DJ/band ~Communicate the schedule of events throughout the day

  • Deliver checks/final payments to vendors
