BEFORE YOUR WEDDING

  • Research & Coordination: We begin this process by hosting an in depth meeting with our couples! It is important that we get to know who you are, as individuals and as a couple. We strive to create a tailor-made personalized event that truly reflects who you are. During this meeting, we develop our blueprint outline for your special day. We will discuss venues, color schemes, traditions, and other  important details that will create a memorable occasion within your budget. We will create a timeline, including a month to month planner that will keep coordination organized and manageable. Planning will include overseeing all elements, managing budget, timelines and communicating with all necessary parties.

  • Vendors: We will help you build a reliable and professional team that will make your day perfect. Vendors such as photographers, videographers, hair and make up, transportation and more, we are here to help you find the perfect match!

  • Budget: We will review your budget and provide a detailed breakdown of what percentage of your money will be spent in each category. This spreadsheet will enable you to manage all of your wedding expenses.

  • Timelines: Planning is an essential part of making a seamless event. With our regular meetings and month to  month planner, our responsibilities and duties will be outlined for both parties. pre-wedding day, an extensive “day-of” timeline will be created and distributed to all vendors to make sure that your day runs smoothly!

  • Appointments: Our team will set appointments, check availability, and assist you in building your perfect team.

  • Style + Decor: Our job is to understand your vision and sense of style to create  an extraordinary environment just for you. There is no detail too small! We will advise you on linens, flowers, lighting and more and find whatever vendor necessary to  to bring your vision to life and create an unforgettable experience for you and your guests. Our team will act as a liaison between the vendors and clients to ensure a magical day!


THE DAY OF YOUR WEDDING

  • Initial planning meeting with bride and groom

  • Walk through of venue

  • Help with vendor recommendations

  • Will hire and book all vendors, venue and handle contracts

  • Track deposits and payments

  • Handle hotel blocks and transportation needs

  • Assist with the budget

  • Plan rehearsal dinner

  • Decorate rehearsal dinner site

  • Choose, order & send out Save the Date's & invitations

  • Keep track of RSVP's

  • Marriage license assistance

  • Confirm with all vendors & venues prior to

  • Confirm details with wedding party

  • Assist with floor plans and seating arrangements

  • Create & deliver guest welcome bags

  • Onsite coordination of entire wedding day

  • Decorate ceremony & reception site

  • At tend & facilitate wedding rehearsal

  • Dim lights, check rest rooms and coordinate with venue director

  • Oversee vendor set up of ceremony and reception

  • Ensure vendors are on time, set up, and fed

  • Organize and direct the ceremony processional

  • Assist with guest transition from Ceremony to Cocktail to Reception Site

  • Be the main contact for vendors and guests with issues or questions

  • Communicate the schedule of events throughout the day

  • Deliver checks/final payments to vendors

  • Pack up wedding gifts and all personal items
