Typically 9–18 months in advance for weddings, and 3–6 months for retreats or brand events. If you’re thinking about it—reach out. We’d love to connect.
Our signature offerings are full-service because we believe design and execution go hand-in-hand. Bespoke options are available for select projects.
Wedding services begin at 15% of your overall budget, with a minimum investment of $15,000. Weekend experiences and multi-event celebrations start at $20,000. For other events, pricing is tailored based on scope, scale, and the creative magic we’re dreaming up together.

I’m Lindsey Kleidman—Creative Director, Executive Planner, and the heart behind Wildflower.
For almost a decade, I’ve been crafting celebrations that go far beyond timelines and table settings. I design with intention, emotion, and edge—because I believe your event shouldn’t just look incredible, it should feel like you.
With a love for design and a brain wired for both beauty and logistics, I bring together form and function in a way that just works. My favorite moments? That deep breath right before you walk down the aisle. The flicker of candlelight before the first toast. That holy sht, this is real moment when you see the space fully come to life for the first time.
I’m the calm in the prep room, the one fixing boutonnières and fluffing sleeves while making sure the playlist is actually queued. I'm obsessed with creating space for joy, ease, and connection—for you and your people. Because the best events aren’t just planned. They’re lived, felt, and remembered forever.
